After calling to verify that an unmarked car, being driven by a person in shorts and a t shirt was a police officer, I was placed in handcuffs while my vehicle was searched, and was given multiple citations for failure to obey a police officer, and improper lane usage (he pulls in front of the vehicle in front of me, and brake checked both of us, forcing us to allow down to 35mph.) My safest course of action was to go in the wrong lane, for a semi.
