Angela J. Cavanaugh concentrates her practice in Criminal Law, Family Law, and Department of Children and Families litigation. Prior to joining Murphy & Rudolf, Attorney Cavanaugh opened her own law practice, zealously defending her clients against felony and misdemeanor criminal charges and successfully arguing against DCF supported findings of neglect and abuse.
Attorney Cavanaugh graduated with a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School. While in law school, she was a student prosecutor at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office prosecuting cases in the Child Protection Unit and Major Felony Bureau. Attorney Cavanaugh wanted to help individuals rather than criticize them, which inspired her passion for defense work.
